TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your child is accepted at Stower Vale Pre-school subject to the following:-

FEES
Fees are payable in advance on a half-termly basis at the start of each half-term. Payments can also be made on a weekly basis if required.
The Pre-school cannot maintain your child’s place if fees are not paid. Parents will be given written notification if their child’s place is being withdrawn due to persisent non-payment of fees.

FUNDED PLACES
The Government funding of places for eligible 3 and 4 year olds is up to 15 hours per week over a 38 week year – this will be divided to match the primary school terms.

LUNCH CLUB FEES
Fees for the Lunch Club are invoiced either with the Session fee’s each half term or part of the children’s funded hours or on a “pay as you go” basis.  For any additional sessions, please check with staff on the actual day as this will be subject to staff ratios.

WITHDRAWAL OF A CHILD FROM PRE-SCHOOL
4 weeks notice is required of withdrawal of a child from the Pre-school, or fees for half a term are payable in lieu of notice.
